Verri Terri Custom EXPRESSION GUIDELINES & Agreement.

Each VERRI TERRI Graffiti Bag is a one-of-one hand-painted wearable art piece created through artistic expression, visual storytelling, movement, energy, and individuality. No piece will ever be exactly duplicated, recreated, or mass-produced.

Clients are commissioning original artistic interpretation—not exact design replication. Every custom expression is created through the signature style, creative direction, and artistic vision of the artist while remaining rooted in the selected theme, mood, vibe, or inspiration.

Every piece is designed to carry its own personality, visual voice, and creative energy—transforming fashion into wearable self-expression.

 Your Chosen Expression Theme

Your custom wearable art piece will be created within your selected signature expression theme or approved creative direction.

Because every VERRI TERRI piece is individually imagined and hand-painted:

• exact layouts are not guaranteed 
• exact word placement is not guaranteed 
• color distribution and artistic flow may vary 
• each design evolves naturally through the creative process 

No two bags will ever be exactly alike.

The Custom Expression Process

 - Review the Custom Expression Guideline & Agreement. 

 - Select your desired signature theme and preferred bag style. 

 - Complete and submit your Custom Expression Request Form. 

 - Your request will be reviewed for possible approval based on artistic fit, current availability, and production scheduling. 

If approved, you will receive: 

• your final quoted price 
• deposit and payment instructions 
• estimated production cycle placement 

 - Submit your required deposit to reserve your spot within the next   available production cycle. 

 - Once your deposit is received, you will receive confirmation of your reserved custom spot. 

 - Final payment must be completed within 30 days of the deposit received unless otherwise approved. 

 - You will be notified once your custom expression piece has been completed. 

 - Prior to final sealing and shipping, you will receive a photograph of your completed piece by email for one minor revision request if needed. (See Revision Policy.) 

 -  Following approval, deposit and final payment, work will begin on your selected piece.  If there are any minor revisions, they will be completed, and your wearable art piece will be carefully packaged and shipped to the address provided on file.  

Important Notes

Your custom production spot is not secured until the required deposit has been submitted.

Clients will be notified of any pricing adjustments.

Work on your piece will not begin until final payment is made.

Clients may provide:

• a selected signature expression theme 
• a general vibe or mood 
• keywords, affirmations, or phrases 
• preferred energy or emotional direction 
• inspiration colors 

However, final artistic decisions remain with the artist to preserve the originality, composition, visual balance, and creative flow of each piece.

Every VERRI TERRI wearable art piece is created with artistic freedom to preserve authenticity, originality, and one-of-one creative expression.

Clients are commissioning the artist’s interpretation of the selected theme—not a mass-produced reproduction or exact duplicate. This process allows every piece to remain expressive, exclusive, visually unique, and artistically led.

To maintain consistency, quality, and artistic integrity, all VERRI TERRI wearable art pieces are created exclusively on artist-selected bags and approved materials.

At this time:

• customer-provided bags 
• outside products 
• personal items 

will not be accepted for customization.

All current bags are black unless otherwise noted.

Bag materials may include:

• vegan leather 
• PU leather 
• artist-selected specialty materials

Custom expressions require an estimated 6+ week production timeline depending on:

• artistic detail 
• customization requests 
• embellishments 
• drying and sealing time 
• current creative queue volume 

Timeline estimates are approximate and may vary.

 - Complete and submit your Custom Expression Request Form. 

 - Your request will be reviewed for possible approval based on artistic fit, current availability, and production scheduling. 

 - If approved, you will receive: 

• your final quoted price 
• payment instructions 
• estimated production cycle placement 

 - Submit your required deposit to reserve your custom production spot within the next available cycle. 

 - Once your deposit has been received, you will receive confirmation of your secured placement within the production schedule. 

 - Final payment must be completed within 30 days of the deposit date unless otherwise approved. 

 - You will be notified once your custom wearable art piece has been completed. 

 - Prior to final sealing and shipping, you will receive a photograph of your completed piece by email for one minor revision request if needed. (See Revision Policy.) 

 - Once approved, your custom expression bag will be carefully packaged and shipped to the address provided on file.

 Important Notes

Your custom production spot is not officially secured until the required deposit has been submitted.

One minor revision request is included prior to final sealing and shipping.

Minor revisions may include:

• small wording adjustments 
• minor color additions 
• light detail modifications 

Major redesigns, repainting, or complete creative changes are not included.

You will receive a final photograph of your custom bag before sealing. It is at that time, that your revision can be made.

Once your bag has been sealed, no revisions will be possible.

To preserve the artistic integrity, exclusivity, and one-of-one nature of each VERRI TERRI collection, only 5 custom expression spots are accepted per production cycle.

Production cycles open every 4 months and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Once all custom spots have been reserved, additional approved clients will be scheduled for the next available cycle.

All custom requests are reviewed prior to acceptance. After reviewing the Guidelines & Agreement, approved clients will receive confirmation of their placement within either:

• the current production cycle
  OR 
• the next available cycle 

Your custom production spot is officially secured once:

• your request has been approved
  AND 
• your required deposit has been submitted 

This limited structure allows each wearable art piece to receive the creative attention, originality, and artistic focus it deserves.

Each custom piece begins at the listed base price.

Final pricing is determined by:

• bag style selected 
• artistic complexity 
• layered design work 
• embellishments 
• customization level 
• overall creative direction 

After approval, a non-refundable deposit of $75 is required to reserve a custom design spot and will be applied toward the final purchase balance.

Remaining balances are due within 30 days of the deposit date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Failure to complete payment within the required timeframe may result in:

• cancellation of the order 
• forfeiture of the deposit 
• release of the reserved production slot 

Orders are accepted and processed on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive:

• payment instructions 
• your final quoted price 
• scheduling confirmation 

Your production spot is not secured until the required deposit has been submitted.

Clients will be notified of any pricing adjustments prior to final approval.

Due to the custom, hand-painted, one-of-one nature of each piece:

• No refunds 
• No exchanges 
• No cancellations 

All sales are final once approved and deposit and payment is submitted.

Clients agree:

• not to request exact copies of previous designs 
• that every bag will be artistically unique 
• that the final product will reflect the selected theme and creative direction rather than an exact layout reproduction

VERRI TERRI reserves the right to decline any design request that does not align with the brand’s artistic standards, values, or creative integrity.

We do not create or reproduce content that we deem:

• obscene 
• sexually explicit 
• hateful 
• discriminatory 
• excessively vulgar 
• otherwise inappropriate in nature

By submitting deposit payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined within this agreement.

Submission of payment confirms acceptance of all policies, timelines, pricing structures, artistic interpretation standards, and custom production terms and all that is within this "Guidelines & Agreement" letter.
